October 23 marks the one-year anniversary of the murder of Donna Gross, a dedicated Napa State Hospital Psychiatric Technician.  In solemn remembrance and commitment to the cause of safety for all staff and patients, the Safety Now Coalition will come together at all five state hospitals to lay flowers in Donna’s memory. Similar events also will be taking place at some developmental centers.
